Taeya Havens handled all of the details for my Mom’s funeral. She did an excellent job. She was very professional but also very sweet and helpful during such a difficult time.
My family just lost our father Taeya and the rest of the staff were so helpful with our lose they made sure that we understood what we had as far as our service and everything went so well i highly recommend them for your family's burial needs they got 5 stars because they earned them great service they provided
Christi and Elizabeth are absolute dolls. They were so kind, loving, and helpful during this sad time in our life. The guys that work out on the grounds are very kind and helpful too. They do a fantastic job at keeping this place looking clean and beautiful. In fact so clean that we assumed the flowers from the service couldn’t be left at the grave, but the can. The workers simply return a week after the burial, and remove the dead ones. Such a wonderful, pretty, and peaceful place to visit.
I’m glad I found out about Waco memorial from the beginning of this very hard process they were very helpful. Christi was the one who helped us and she was the best so kind and sincere. Very happy to have my loved one here . This definitely is a great place, very nice .
Cherie was very helpful and had a nice way about her when we met to set up our father’s burial. She and Elizabeth were so personable and kind. They checked in on me both before and after the burial and let me know they were thinking about me and my family. It was a heartfelt follow up that wasn’t necessary, but was appreciated.
