When my fifteen-year-old car lost its coolant in front of Douglass Nissan, I went straight to their service department. Even though they were booked for the day, they worked me into their schedule. Everyone was so polite and reassuring. I had been thinking of getting a new car anyway, so while the service guys were evaluating my car, Chad West took me to see both new and used cars. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. After consulting with a couple of friends, I decided to buy a new car, rather than pour money into my old car. Chad answered all of my questions and patiently led me through the process of buying my new NISSAN ROGUE SPORT! Phillip Howard in the Finance Department explained the financing to me very thoroughly and was able to offer me a lower interest rate than I had considered from other sources. I couldn’t be happier!

This was my first time to shop for a car at Douglas Nissan. I have heard in the past that they were not friendly there. I'm here to tell you that is Not true. I've owned a Nissan car for many years and it was time to buy a new car. Chad West was our sales representative and he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable . I could not have ask to be treated any better. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back to them for any future needs.

Thank you so much Chad West. You provided excellent service and always followed up in trying to help me find the best car after my hail damage on my old car. It took several weeks for my GAP insurance to pay out and you helped me in that process. Thanks again

I had a flat tire coming off of Highway 6 and managed to get to the nearest dealership. I pulled into Douglas Nissan of Waco and Christopher Richards, service advisor, scheduled to have my spare put on at no cost. I feel lucky to have found my way to perhaps a new auto mechanic shop. Thankful for these wonderful mechanics and all they do to help. Blessed beyond words.
