Hey you gotta make a appointment today. To celebrate the 1st day of Spring 2020 I got my wife and me facials and hot stone massages and oh man was it worth every penny. It's not the snub nose spa, like the one we went to while in Mexico, but it's no run of the mill spa. It's first class, it's run very professional. You get an email to complete multiple questionnaires. They follow COVID standards. The staff to attentive and very friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean and we both said we felted safe. The only compliant, the massage was the fastest hour I have ever experienced. Considering becoming a monthly member for $60....it comes with discounts and some additional perks. What you waiting on call now.
I had a facial done by Sarah and it was the best facial I've ever had! She was very nice, attentive, informational, and had an amazing massage technique for the face. I have sensitive skin and she took care of me in that department as well. I will definitely be returning. The front desk staff was awesome as well. Thank y'all for a wonderful experience!
Had a facial recently. Very uncomfortable bed/table, no neck support. The room was also very very hot, and paired with a heating pad and hot towels I was sweating at the end of my facial. My skin also looked the exact same after my facial and she had only done one or two extractions on my face. Do not recommend
The building is nice; the atmosphere calming. However, 2 days after my massage, I am still in pain and bruised. I asked for medium pressure—even said the pressure was making me tender—but the damage was done. In addition, we were charged $10 each extra to share a room. So, we paid for the massage as everyone else and was charge $20 (two people) extra to share 1 room—not a bigger room, just a reg. room. I feel that was unfair—gouging an extra $20 when we didn’t use a second room.nnWon’t be returning.
The staff was very professional. However, I wanted more pressure during my prenatal massage but the young man doing the massage was unable to get to the pressure I was hoping for. He was young and inexperienced. Hopefully next time will be a better experience for the massage part.
