This is the best hair extension salon in Texas. Very professional and an amazing job! I am never getting my hair done anywhere else!

I called around 12pm because my normal stylist cancelled. Penny got me in with such short notice (literally within 2 hours). She greeted me upon arrival, was extremely caring and professional, prices were super cheap beings I got a cut wash and a perm. She made sure to make me comfortable the entire time and I loved the atmosphere. I will surely be referring others to her as well as returningud83eudd70‼ufe0f

Penny is very unprofessional. It’s not the fact that she asked me to pay for a cancelled appointment that was the issue, it was how and why. I’m sorry, but you really shouldn’t complain to your customers about how hard it is to be in your industry just to get them to pay you! Especially when I explicitly told her that I was sick (possibly with Covid!!) and did not want to expose her or anyone else to it. I should also point out that there is no written policy or formal contract that states that customers who cancel have to pay for their cancelled appointments, but she asked me to anyways. Very immature and a clear disregard for other people’s well being. Would not recommend Penny to anyone. She does not seem to care about spreading illness. I would be careful going to this salon.

I am the owner of Trendz Salon, and I would like to address the unfair review below since it will now allow me to message back. First, I had messaged her the day before on Facebook to confirm her appointment. She didn't respond. I messaged her the next day Again before her apt as well. Still no response, even thou she read the message. She then messaged me 15 minutes before her appointment time to cancel. She said she thought she might have Covid. So when she said she would like to reschedule, I told her that she could pay a 50% deposit to book the appointment. I realize that situations happen, and we take Covid VERY SERIOUSLY. She told me she had already gotten tested. So I at that point made the assumption that she knew prior to 15 minutes before her appointment that she would not be able to make it. It is situations like that, where we do require a deposit because as I explained to her, not how hard it is to be a stylist, that was completely false, but I told her when we have a last minute cancellation we have a large gap in our day that we cannot fill. If we get a notice a head of time we would have time to fill that spot. It had nothing to do with Covid. I completely understand that and would not want anyone coming in with symptoms. I feel this review was very false and did not explain how it really happened. We love all of our customers and work hard to ensure they are happy, safe, and look beautiful after leaving our salon!
