Once again I had a great experience! Went it with my faded red and ugly roots. When I left I had bright, luscious red hair ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f. I went in and got a haircut and it was one of the best haircuts I've had. The stylist that was there were very nice and fun to talk to. Over all a good experience denfintly have a return costmer thanks for a great cut!
Last time I came here the lady did a decent job. This time, she had no clue what she was doing. She told me she has only cut men's hair. I asked for a layered, angled bob at about shoulder length. It looks NOTHING like the picture I showed her. It's clear to my chin and I look like a child. I'm so upset I've been crying all day. It also took her over 2 hours and I was late to work. It should have just been a trim but it ended up being at least 6 inches off my length. I will not be returning. If she wasn't comfortable doing my hair, I would have gladly came back when someone was available.
