I got lucky and found Hill Plumbing Services after the February blizzard and no electricity caused our Tankless Hot Water Heaters to freeze and burst. After contacting 9 different plumbers, I was convinced that they all would be gouging the consumer during this difficult time. NOT Hill Plumbing Services! They were the ONLY service that did NOT increase their normal hourly rates and were able to quickly work me into their schedule. They were professional and knowledgeable, came as promised, and were able to replace both tankless heaters in 1.5 hours! Saved me several hundred $$$ from what the others wanted to charge! I can't thank you enough Hill Plumbing and will highly recommend you to everyone!

Replaced 14 year old hot water heater in a very difficult attic install. Benito and helper did a great job. Very professional, friendly and reasonable cost. Highly recommend this company.

Live and learn. Simple gas pressure test on gas line cost $451.02. Changed out one gas valve $15. Their justification for 2x -3x the price of anyone else was for trip charge. 40 miles. I’ll let you be the judge on what you think their rating should be. Paid on the spot but called owner to give them option to make right and fair. They felt it was justified for 40 min drive and 30 min worth of work. Apparently their struggling and trying to make it all in one call. I’ll pray for the owner and his wife, that’s all one can do I guess, I gave them an opportunity to make it right. Meanwhile, look else where if you want someone that treats you fair and doesn’t take advantage. If they’ll gouge me, they’ll do it to anyone.
