Easy process to get a storage.
I have had a unit with this storage for almost a year . After hurricane Hana the answering machine that has been fielding my calls ..mentioned that they are assessing the situation and will need time to assess damages . I happened to drop by my climate controlled unit today and complained to the manage that the air con was not working . He answer to me it is not our problem it is aeps problem . ( the electric company ) I did not receive a notice from the company that my unit was compromised in the meantime . My vinyl records have been melting in the 100 degree heat . Let the buyer beware . The management of this storage place offers me no solutions . The manager keeps telling me it’s not my fault . In the meantime , he is telling me when I signed my contact they are not liable for merch over 5k also the manger does not tell me when the problem will be fixed . It has been at least 3 weeks since hurricane Hana and no word from move it. My vinyl collection is now ruined .
The two staff members that assisted me were very helpful and friendly. Convenient location right off the expressway on Freddy Gonzalez exit
