Laser hair removal service. The great part is that the process has been close to painless. However, six sessions doesn’t seem to be enough for completion. My main issue was that my appointment was cancelled 10 minutes before the scheduled time. This was during a week of bad weather so I understand that many were experiencing difficulties. However, I tried to reschedule this appointment a couples beforehand because I did not to be driving in bad weather but decided to keep it since there wouldn’t be availability until next month according to the front office. Then on the day of the appointment, I call 30 minutes before my appointment just to confirm that they had light and were operating. They confirmed so I go and then receive the cancellation when I am already down the street from the spa 20 minutes later. It is irritating because there would be a $50 charge if I cancelled the day of but am expected to be okay with a cancellation 10 minutes before. They rescheduled me for an appointment a few days later but I did not receive the technician I requested...There were also other poor customer service issues such as being told in a matter of fact manner that I indeed did received an appointment confirmation text message after I called to confirm the appointment since I did not get a text message.
I am so happy with all of the treatments and results achieved from Dermatique!! Rebecca is wonderful and takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you are comfortable throughout each treatment. I highly recommend Dermatique!!
Great clean spa. Extensive menu of treatments to make you look and feel beautiful. I’m a repeat client!
Best service by far! Loved my radio frequency results..have gone in for a total of 3 treatments and have had 2 estheticians.. Giselle and Jeanette..bothnladies were great at making me feel super comfortable and gave great skin care tips as they were doing the radiofrequency..this is definitely going to be a staple skin care treatment for me.
Really enjoyed my microneedling with radio frequency with Rebecca. She took really good care of me and gave me all of the after care instructions before I left. Will definitely be coming back for more sessions.
