Terrible quality and even worse customer service.nDo not buy anything from woodcrafters unless you want to buy broken poor quality producers. The customer service I’d slow you need to stay on top of them and the bee the squeaky wheel purchased a double bowl 61 inch vanity top after it was installed it was discovered that one of the bowls was separating the bowl liner from the resin bowl base. It was clearly defective so now I must pay to have the vanity top removed and the new one reinstalled they would not even help with that damage their defective product caused.nI can not recommend this company for three reason poor quality poor customer service and poor ethics this company is an all around looser do not buy from them
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I purchased a Home Decorators Collection Catalina 48.5-inch W 4-Drawer 2-Door Freestanding Vanity in Black With Ceramic Top in WhitenModel # CA48P2C-BL. Within 3 months the finish started coming off from just wiping it down when it would become dirty. I contacted Woodcrafters, by telephone. Was on hold for 20 mins before I decided to leave a call back number. No one called back. I then sent an email and 3 weeks later no response. Shame on their customer service skill and shame on Home Depot for carrying their products. DO NOT BUY!!!!nnUPDATE - The company has made it right and sent me a replacement. Thank u!
Wanted to take a minute to say what a joy it was to get Elizabeth on the line today when I called your customer service line for a warranty issue. Elizabeth could not have been more helpful and courteous. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly which bath vanity I purchased by name. I did a horrible job describing the broken part, but Elizabeth was able to interpret my description and get the correct part on its way. My hat's off to Elizabeth for a job well done.nThank you!
I purchased an undermount Essence sink from a distributor in July of 2018. About 6 months ago hairline cracks started appearing and progressively got worse. Soon after a hunk broke off at the juncture of two of the cracks. The distributor replaced the sink at no charge, but I had to pay to have the old sink removed and the new one installed at a cost of over $300.nnI have tried calling Woodcrafters but can’t get through, submitted an online complaint, and emailed them twice, but have had no response. At a minimum, I would like a response from them, but I would also like them to give me something to at least partially recoup some of the cost of installing and removing the broken sink. Poor product, lousy customer service.
If you are live load and whether you have an appointment or not, whether you're early on time or late, you will wait about 8-10 hours. Eat and go to a bathroom before coming here. Checked in at 13:15. Got called to a door at 17:06 And loaded and out of gate with BOL at 22:20. Besides no where to really stage for a door. Find a spot in the dirt lot with giant potholes and muddy if rained. Told dispatch, that was the last time going there.
