Long waiting time. I had dropped off some prescription 2 days early and they still had me waiting for 1 hours and 20 minutes.

Great customer service. I needed to get pictures printed within 20 minutes or less and they delivered right on time to take them to my daughter who needed them for a project. I didn't get any names but the cashier at the front of the store and the employees at the photo lab were friendly, patient and helpful.
