Very Poor service. Had to wait over 40 minutes to get a pircing for my daughter. Had to wait until there was no one on the store with just one employee to get the service.

I've had my daughter's ears pierced there 3 times (due to then trying to get it right) and all 3 times one of the earrings has fallen out. To make if worse, the majority of the staff had been insensitive and rude about it. The manager tried to make it better but they are using a faulty piercing gun and don't seem to want yo admit or accept that.
