i got a call last monday that i would have an appointment for today 10/15 at 10:30... i took off of what i needed to do to be available. i have called 15 times and each time they hang up on me. they called once at 10:47 and i have been incessantly trying to call back with no answer. what is going on???????????????????????nnthe young lady lucia has returned my call and i cannot believe how helpful they really are. i am so sorry about leaving the review above. i cannot thank you enough for the help. i hope everyone at this agency excels and accomplishes the very best things in this life

Bad management. It took more than six months to get a response. Finally after cointless emails and calls got a response but they would not help because by that time I had changed companies. I had to start the process all over again and was told to wait another month before appying again. I started trying to get help in March and did not get help until the end of October. Even though I qualified to get the more help because of covid, I could not because the program ends in December. They did help in the end, but it was too little too late!!!

NOBODY ANSWERS!!!!’nIt’s so frustrating. I wouldn’t be calling if I didn’t need the help. I’m call at all hours and I can never get through.
