All the ladies there were very nice and professional. I went in as a first time donor and waited a while. After 2 hours it was finally my turn to be screened and apparently my temperature was too high? So I was told I couldn’t donate. Like yes obviously I’ve been sitting here a long time in a hoodie of course I was gonna be warm. My temperature was taken at the entrance and I was fine, I wouldn’t have been let in if it was high and I’m definitely not sick. Then I was told I had to wait outside (I had gone in with my husband so I was gonna wait for him) So in other words it was a complete waste of time.

Make sure you know your days cause they sure will know! (Place has poor customer service)! from my understanding you can donate after 48 hours of last donation and two times every seven day period. Donor hub doesn’t give right information or tell you anything you don’t already know! They press that you should get the app but they don’t know anything. The app doesn’t work like they want it to this place has promise but the service is horrible I never felt like I was understood they go in circles with the information I’m assuming it’s very limited information they have themselves routine routine routine just seems to be lacking here. I’ve made 24 donations this year according to donor hub. Doesn’t look like I’m gonna have anymore with this service

This place is straight trash. Take your blood elsewhere where they treat you like a human and not another body.
