First off, their prices are extremely competitive, I checked EVERYWHERE. Secondly, throughout my search for the perfect tile, the customer service I received with Brenda was incomparable. I started with her at the Mission location for my bathroom remodel & when it was time to work on the kitchen & rest of the house I followed her to Edinburg (even if it means driving 30 minutes out of the way)nThe process of picking tile is overwhelming sometimes but Brenda is friendly, knowledgeable & very accessible. I highly recommend working with her.
Terrible customer service! I placed a phone order, paid with a debit card because they wanted to charge me an additional 2% for using a credit card. They called me later to say they quoted the wrong price, and wanted me to pay a higher price to process the order. I had no choice since they already took the money out of my bank account. They said they would call me when the tile was ready for pickup. That never happened. When I called to check, they had a hard time locating the order. When I went to pick it up, they once again couldn't locate the order. They finally found it after a lot of confusion. Phone calls were not returned, and their attitudes were indifferent and unapologetic.

Great floor designs and reasonable prices.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of tiles to choose from - quite a variety and nicely displayed
