Orlando was a great guy to work with. He listened to our every idea and concern. He provided professional and knowledgeable ways to get our vision to become reality. Orlando never let us down. Mr Orlando and his workers did a full remodel in my bathroom! Ever since they finished about 6 months later we starting having water leaks through the shower walls. We contacted him and he said he would come take a look at it and never did. A year later now we are having to break everything down and redo it! I can’t seem to post pictures but now that they are breaking the floor they left wood flooring underneath the shower pan that might be causing the problem! When mr Orlando finished his work he wanted me to do a review... which I never did due to time. I have messages from him where he clearly wrote a very nice review and all I needed to do is copy and paste... my point is he has many reviews because he’s the one writing them! Don’t trust him, very poor service!
We bought a 2-bedroom condo that needed a lot of remodeling in an area we were not familiar with as far as finding a good contractor to manage the project. After much researching on different online sites, I found 3 contractors to interview and give me a good honest bid. Orlando owner of CQR gave us a fair bid to be completed in a reasonable timeframe. Another reason we went with him is that his crew has been with him for a long time.nThe project consisted of an all-new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with all new paint, flooring, lighting, cabinets and tops. Even the door hinges were replaced.nHis project manager , Pedro, communicated with me with texts and pictures showing me the progress since we did not live there.nYou cannot go wrong using CQR for your remodeling projects. They do excellent work and you can trust them.
We are very pleased with the remodeling done in our garage they turned it into a family room . They’re work is very good. They employees were very hard worker and professional. We would use their services again. Great job CQR
After the 2020 hurricane, our house was totally destroyed: water damage, mold, you name it. Luckily, Orlando came in and helped us transform our turmoil into a beautiful, picture perfect home. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely redone, and it’s made a world of a difference. Orlando and his crew are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. If you or a loved one need a kitchen or bath remodel, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.
