Even though they were busy, she went above and beyond to make sure she managed to find me someone to come to my home and take care of the situation. The guys who project for the company always check in first to see if there are any special instructions such as whether we want treatment to be done inside as well as outside. They are always kind and professional. I’ve always found they can solution specific questions too. They are easy to do business with. You get awesome value for the price.
My technician, Abby Root, provided outstanding service. She was courteous, professional, and thorough. At the end of my service, she explained in detail what she the entirety of the work she provided including all of the areas she treated. I mentioned we had an trouble with earworms and she said she treated for them and informed me regarding what to look for to ensure they don't return. Thanks, Abby!
Shaun is AWESOME! He took a same day visit, was punctual, and gave terrifc service! We thought we had an ant problem and possibly bed bugs. he looked thoroughly and gave us feedback. Overall excellent experience and we are so happy with the service. Highly recommend!
