Very helpful staff! I had an issue that was no ones fault but the staff and management did everything the could to help me get this resolved and were very friendly during the whole process!
I had such a great experience! I rented a uhaul from them 2 weekends in a row and they did everything in their power to not only get me the lowest rate, but also to accommodate me (they were having credit card issues the first weekend and let me pay cash so I could still rent the truck). They truly care for their customers and it shows. I will tell anyone who needs storage or truck rentals to go see the wonderful staff at Safe n Sound! Thank you SO much for being so kind!!
This facility is great! Ms. Vickie and Tim are amazing, I'm not sure if they own the place but they sure act like owners who have invested a lot of love into this business. Highly recommend, perfect price for what you get and customer service like no other. If you are searching around, atleast just stop in.
