Crazy Cockatoo Bird Rescue (02/05/2021)

I normally love this pharmacy and have been using them for more than ten years. Today I called to have my prescriptions delivered and got the rudest man ever on the phone. He crudely told me to hurry it up and get it together. I'm sorry sir, but I have pneumonia, I'm way too sick to drive there. What happened to the wonderful customer service you used to have? Apparently he doesn't have time to answer phone calls so customers can give their updated information to him. Please keep the rude guy off the phone and away from your loyal customers.

This pharmacy is great. Sometimes the drive through can be a bit slow but that’s primarily the fault of the customer, not the staff. When I get to the head of the line, I’m greeted with phrases like “hi, how are you today. Haven’t seen you in a while.”

Compassion. Humanity. I am beyond thankful to the staff of this HEB pharmacy, and in particular, for the kindness of AJ. I am one of the millions of adult children in this country who have struggled to get their older parents vaccines. AJ fielded my frantic and probably incoherent phone call with grace and kindness. I had finally succeeded in getting my parents appointments, but did not understand the process or how to have them vaccinated at the same time. I have an eleven month old son, so getting anywhere is an extreme exercise in patience and planning. I will not forget AJ’s compassion and empathy. She went above and beyond to help me and my family. And when they received their vaccines she greeted them as “Meredith’s parents” making them feel comfortable and welcome.

This has to be by far the slowest and most unprofessional drive through pharmacy! I literally sat in line at the window for 30 minutes before getting acknowledged, the girl in the window helped 3 cars in the other lane beside me. Then she asked me if I can go around in get back in line because they need to check something. First if that was the case they should have asked me my information when I got to the window and I would have not had any issue pulling around, you literally waited 30 min to acknowledge me and get upset when I say I’m not moving then all of a sudden you have my prescription ready! I will not be using this pharmacy any more!
