Avoid this place as much as possible. Drove all the way here from Austin for an appointment for my dogs vaccinations. Got here and no one was there. Was told by someone shopping that they were closed because the doctor was sick. They don’t even have the professionalism to send an email or to call to let us know we are going to have to reschedule. Do yourself a favor and go to the Brodie location.

I first booked an appointment at this location because their Manchaca location was full. Since their lobby is closed, we had to send our dogs in one at a time and the Vet then called us and poke to us on the phone about their check up. The vet recommended that both our dogs get their teeth cleaned and our Boxer Max, has a growth-wart, and he would remove it while Max was under getting his teeth cleaned. We scheduled a date for the cleaning, then Thrive calls back and says it is just for a dental consult. I guess their exam wasn't good enough? we also had PetMeds fax over a request for a Rx for their heart worm medicine and Thrive did not respond to the request. PetMeds sent 2 requests with no reply, so I spend this morning trying to get that filled and the person answering the phone can't help, so now I'm waiting for a call back..Instead of ignoring the Rx requests, why didn't;t they reach out to me if needed or just approve it, since they are the ones who told us to have the pharmacy send over a request... (If I would have known it would be this difficult, I would have demanded a written prescription.) This location is very disappointing. Will not go back there...

Just called to get my puppa in for vaccinations and the lady who answered was extremely rude and talked over me the entire time. I could not even ask a simple question she wanted a phone number over and over and membership information and I tried explaining we have one through petco and he has been to a different thrive location. She just went on and on rudely saying their not affiliated with petco and their an adjoining facility! Not sure who’s giving wrong info as I could not get a word in with her.nI stated to her I can’t talk to you to make it obvious she was talking over me. Very annoyed by this as we had hopes of a closer location
