Ordered online to be picked up curbside. I put down descriptions of my car and text number. They never bothered to check outside, where I was parked right in front. I had to call them to let them know I am there which is a hassle for me since I am Deaf and I have to use an interpreter. Then they had an audacity of asking what's my car name and model. Do they even understand the purpose of doing a curbside pick up order? Now my food is wet and soggy. Thanks a lot.

Food is overly expensive, salty and doesn’t taste accurate to traditional style (Pad Thai was just salty, tangy chicken and noodles.) Whoever they use for delivery is not good as they left my food at the wrong house. Pho 99 or Pho Thaison in Kyle is 10x better for the money. Won’t be eating here again.
Edit: it’s good to go and good food.
