I called to update my account, and then verified with the person on the phone that the request was sent. They told me it was. I call 2 days later to ensure the request went through and they tell me it was never received. How incompetent do you have to be, to the point that I have to micro manage a request to make sure it actually gets done. Horrrible horrible practice.
