Stopped by to pick up my son's senior ring today. The staff was nice, and prompt. Ordering was easily done online.
worset company ever. So with everything that is going on they want to make sure they loose NO money. I have graduation invitations for what now since we can only have 4 people go-to graduation so what mail the invitations out and put by the way ur not invited please don't show. Will make sure I use another company for my other kids wont be this one not even for cap an gown will do business else wheres
Rude customer service. I walked out when the lady helping us started rolling her eyes when we asked questions.
This is the worst place ever. My daughter has been trying to switch her gown because it was way too big. We have gone there 3 times and it was the same response “we don’t have any extras yet” when they specially told us that they were coming in Wednesday and they didn’t arrive. Terrible customer service. They discriminate, they don’t even look at your face . Unfortunately I give this place give a one star but if is up to me I will give them big 0.
