My things have been in this storage unit for almost 2 years. I opted for a non-climate control based on my finances. From the beginning, David, the owner, has been courteous and professional.nnEasy access, well lit, and easy payment method online. I moved out yesterday, and within an hour of making him aware he had updated my account as moved out, and sent me a notice reflecting that.nnI recommend A Cool Storage in Marshall, TX
Having had at more than a dozen storage units in 3 different states over a period of time (not counting here), I say unequivocally that A Cool Storage Place in Marshall, TX is THE coolest storage place ever - and my movers said the same thing. The management (David) is the epitome of courtesy and efficiency. The facility is easy and quick access for customer convenience while safe and secure.nBEST EVER!
Lowest rating it would allow me to give. We rented a unit and when we arrived, our unit was already taken. We contacted the office for assistance and they were not very friendly or helpful in assisting us with our problem. We chose to use a different storage space.
Nice storage units with easy access and good location. I would definitely recommend them.
