Don't go here if you are pressed for time even if they have the prescription ready. You will want to order several days days in advance if you need diabetic supplies and then expect substitutions for what is prescribed. Plan on being here awhile even on a rare smooth transaction. They are talented at making the easy difficult!

First time customer yesterday...absolutely amazing service from the manager. I have a small gap in insurance between jobs, and without any prompting (I was literally about to pay $90 for my prescription) she stopped me and told me about GoodRX. I’ve never used it, she walked me through the app. I kept apologizing that I was taking her time, and she was so sweet. I ended up paying $20. I was astonished at her patience. I just moved here. Thank you, Kroger Pharmacy for making this part of my transition very smooth and easy.

After waiting in line 30 minutes behind two people I was told the prescription that was supposed to be ready at 3pm wasn't ready but if I pull around behind 3 more people and wait again it would be ready! It was 4:45 at this time. Amazing how they have all day to do it but can have ready in 30 minutes if I wait AGAIN! What a joke! I don't understand why it takes so long to put medicine in a bottle!
