EVERY SINGLE time ive had to use this pharmacy ive waited atleast an hour waiting for my medication even though every time i called way ahead of time and told them id be driving a long distance to pick it up and to have it ready and every time they haven't even started on it !!!! Not only that every month i pick up the SAME medication its always a different price sometimes its 30 , 60 and sometimes gets up to 80 its ridiculous not to mention the staff is just rude and leaves people in the drive thru line for several minutes to hours at a time without giving any explanation of whats taking so long nor given an apology. Worse pharmacy ive ever experienced !!!!!!!!

The staff here are very rude and uncourteous. The drive thru is always a 15 minute or more wait. They very rarely have your meds ready when they say they will have them ready. And they like to argue with the customers! Do not recommend

Super 1s pharmacy is now the busiest pharmacy in E. Texas. They work their tails off down there. Been with them for 10 plus years. GIVE THESE PEOPLE A BREAK. VERY GOOD PEOPLE WORK THERE. I WOULD NOT WANT THEIR JOB.

In the beginning, this pharmacy was on top of their game. They were recommended by my doctor which spoke volumes. The Pharmacist that they had in the beginning was very professional and did everything that he could to help the customers. To this date, they have changed Pharmacist, they never have your medicine ready on time and some of the worker’s attitudes are just plain awful. They do not deliver quality customer service along with the Pharmacist and they need to be mindful that it is the customers that’s keeping them in business. There are a few quality workers that I will give credit to for having quality costumer service skills.
