Amazing from start to finish. Dan helped us design and build a custom ring that turned out beautiful. We got the salesperson pitch at other stores but with Dan it was nice talking to the jeweler himself. Highly recommended!

What an amazing gem of a jeweler, Dan is amazing. Highly recommend the jewelry bench. The personal approach to all your needs. High quality pieces throughout the store, repair work if your in the need as well as a purchaser.

I went to Jeweler's Bench for my first time and I had a great experience. I wish I had gotten my engagement ring there because there was such a good variety of rings I loved. I went to 5 ring shops to find one I liked back when I didn't know about Jeweler's Bench. Anyway, I got my mother's ring appraised and also got a quote for how much to fix my 2 year old engagement ring to make it more comfortable. I got another quote at a different place and Jeweler's Bench is the better price for sure. Would highly recommend.

A friend recommended jewelers bench for repairing one of my prongs. When I took it in he showed me how the diamond was slightly askew. He repaired poor workmanship from someone else’s (10yrs ago) repair, straightened my diamond, and made it look like the day I got it 20 yrs ago. I was very impressed and it’s sparkles from every angle. Since he had recently moved and was staying late to work on other things, he invited me to pick it up late so that I could have it back quickly. He’s very personable but also a very talented craftsman.

Dan is basically a magician, okay? We brought him a vague idea and he created a completely custom work of ART that matches my engagement ring beautifully!! I'm so impressed with his attention to detail and level of expertise. 100% will be going back to Dan for anything jewelry related ❤️
