Marbella was amazing! I had a facial and microdermabrasion done. She shared tips on how to take care of my skin which I loved. I’ll definitely be back.
In January I had my first skin care treatment. The person who provided me the care was wonderful. I paid over 150.00 up front for three treatments. Before I left, I made an appointment for 2/2/2019. (4 weeks ago). I received a call today from the owner who stated that she did not know about the appointment. She had just found the paper that said that I had an appointment for 2/2/2019. She offered to reschedule and I explained that I had taken off from my job in order to make the appointment. I asked for a refund because she was canceling my appointment. She told me that I could not get my money back. I told her she could keep the money. It appeared that she needed it more than me. The sad part about this is when I made the appointment, Marbella (the owner) made it very clear to me that I could not be late. ( Remember, this was my first appointment.) But when she cancels my appointment, I can't get my money back. Poor business model. She really should be a shame of herself. Some people will do anything for the love of money!!!nLesson Learned..... Always research and read reviews....

Marbella is a sweetheart. I've been coming to Marbella 4 plus years and I absolutely love it. I'm a regular and would definitely recommend to anyone. She's very detailed when doing my facial and my micro. She's a GEM ud83dudc83ud83dudc8dud83dudc8e
After years of neglecting my skin I decided to make it a priority again. The service I received was excellent. I look forward to my next appointment (already scheduled) and exploring other services they offer.
