Colleen and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful. Colleen is knowledgeable, thorough and kind. She always makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave Artavi and the glow lasts a long time. Her technique with all her services is extremely patient geared to improve your complexion while you’re there and to advise you on what you can do once you’re home. She is never pushy but is always happy to help whenever I have any questions about my skin or any products. I would highly recommend Artavi to anyone!! Thank you Dr Desai for bringing this level of service to the Heights!!
Dr. Desai is great at explaining and making the patient feel comfortable. She communicates well and goes the extra mile to figure out and then explain what’s best for the patient. The pricing seems to be a bit murky and I’ve been surprised by final cost for both of my visits. The patient portal is also very repetitive for paperwork required per procedure. But those are my only complaints. Overall a good experience and I’ll be continuing to use Artavi for my aesthetic needs.
Dr. Desai at Artavi is the first doctor I have been to for cosmetic injections, now I will never go anywhere else! She’s always so informative on the treatments and honest about what results to expect. Her results are some of the most natural I’ve ever seen. After my first visit 6 months ago I signed up for a membership, it’s such a great option if cost is a hindering factor for you.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The front staff was very professional and welcoming, and the physician was super attentive to what I wanted. The staff did not try to upsell products or pressure into additional services. I had an appointment at the end of the day and did not feel rushed and the services were throughly explained. I would absolutely recommend!
