Very clean especially, for Claire's. Though the mall where the store is located is doing, this stuff was still busy, and there was plenty to choose from. Very friendly staff too.

I got my second piercings done and the girl who helped me, Erin, was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well, she gave me exactly what I asked for. Definitely would recommend.

My daughter bought Gummy Bear Earrings online and had the earrings shipped directly to store for free. No problems. They were shipped on time and in good condition. She says, "The earrings are so cute! I had a great experience using Claire's online and ship-to-store."
