1/11/21 @ 4 pm. Walgreens on West 20th in the Heights in I was trying to print pictures online and I have more trouble just pulling up a Walgreens ad it's not that easy it takes me at least 30 minutes to get the right one etc, so I went to the photo department and talked to Gabriel-he said he was the manager on duty. And he said there was no way he could help me pull up the Walgreens ad? I said you don't have a smartphone or you can't use the computer there? he said no and all I was trying to do was get the promo code to get the 12 cent pictures. Now I'm reminding you this is the manager on duty and the person working in the photo department and he could not help get me that promo code. And they have no USBC cords to plug in to print your pictures. This is not the only Walgreens that I've had this situation. Maybe Walgreens can try and figure out some other way because most Walgreens don't have them because people are taking them. I said to Gabriel, so you're trying to tell me that you cannot help me get the promo code and I can't print my pictures cuz you don't have a USBC cord and he said-correct. Poor customer service.

They closed early, before 9 pm. The gate was closed over the front door at 8:45. The staff works harder at not working.

Manager Sonia Rogers at Walgreens on 20th St. She is extremely professional and very patient in helping me find items and resolve any issues I have.

In the Ailane and west rood lousy service, the despotic morning cashier asked for information about a product, answers very badly, I do not know why they give work to people like that
