This location is my favorite. Love their smoothies, but recently had an issue. However, Ashley was amazing at handling my situation. Great customer service and experience!
The girls that served me are amazing. My only form of payment was my debit card but it broke during work and they were still able to take care of me. They didn’t make me feel ashamed for my beat up card they just took it typed it in and made my order. They were hustling and moving fast to serve the drive thru and also keeping everything clean. Thank girls! Abby and Libby. I hope I got the names right.
I was the only car in the drive through, had to wait for 10 min to give my order. I was told to “Wait for a shift change that may take a minute.”
Did not like my experience with Gloria tonight. She was on the ToGo side was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely not the experience I've had before at smoothie king. I will stick to going to the other locations.
Aside from the long line which is expected on a Friday, the wait for the smoothies to come to you is quick. Awesome staff!nSmoothie hits on a hit day drive.
