Had a zipper replaced and they charged on the low end of the range of prices I got from other places. New zipper is just fine. I'm totally satisfied. I always take my clothes there for dry cleaning and never have any problems.

FIrst time and last time coming to this cleaners. I took in a formal dress, a pair of jeans and another dress that is not formal and paid $43. This is an INSANE amount to pay for 3 items. When I told the lady that it was high she was rude and told me that I should have asked before dropping it off. She should had been courteous to let me know how much it will cost for a formal dress. This place stinks and don't see how people drop off there close to this cleaners. I rate this place a -0.

Extremely rude and overpriced. I asked why did the little amount of clothes I had cost so much? She wouldn’t respond.nnI Will not come back.

While the quality of the cleaning is good at Prince, the lady who works at the desk is extremely rude. It happened once when I brought my clothes for the first time about 2 months ago. I had a lot of clothes and was trying to help her sort and count but accidentally dropped one causing her to lose count, and she fussed at me and showed obvious irritation. I let it go because everyone deserves a second chance, but today, I had a lot of old hangers which I hung on the rack, and she let me know, in no uncertain terms, that was more of a hassle than a help her and not to bring in old hangers again in the future, again in a very rude tone! I will pick up my clothes tomorrow and not return. :(
