Erica did an absolutely AMAZING job on my wedding band. A family heirloom passed down from my mother, the original ring was from the 70s, missing a diamond, and needed to be resized. I also requested that Erica modernize the ring while still keeping the main elements of the ring’s 70s vibe. She absolutely nailed it! I cried as soon as I saw it. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Erica and her team were so, so professional and kind during the whole process. I highly recommend this shop!

Highly recommend this place for your jewelry repairs and cleaning! I had to have some work done to my wedding band and engagement ring and Erica’s team was super helpful in helping me understand the repairs. I also love being able to communicate via text, including paying through a secure link! My rings look brand new and I couldn’t be happier, thank you!

I went here because of the reviews. At the beginning they were slow in getting in touch with me. I was told I was getting a call in a few days and got a call more than a week later. That was only hiccup I then received a call from Erica herself apologizing for the wait. Her taking that action and the work she did on my sisters diamond charm made me a returning customer for sure. I was amazed. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I am a very satisfied customer.

Erica and the entire team is absolutely amazing! Great shop, great quality products, services and just amazing one-on-one genuine care. Absolutely love them and highly recommend them. Whether you want new jewelry or need cleaning of jewelry, watch repair, they can do it all!

We used Erica Delgardo for our wedding ring set. First let me say, exceptional service! Erica, along with her staff paid close attention to what my future wife wanted. They had multiple settings to choose from and try on. This is where the beauty of our experience was. The assortment of rings to try on really helped my future wife narrow down what she wanted. It’s one thing to look at different designs, but trying them on really set things in motion. Erica, and her staff paid close attention to details, as well as our desires. After narrowing the rings down, I got to pick the final ring. On Christmas night I proposed with the ring in hand. Thanks you Erica and staff members for making our day special.
