Incredible experience. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, but they are amazing problem solvers. They went above and beyond to repair my lamp fixture - in record time. I highly recommend this company and will be back SOON!!

Brilliant store and planning to go back soon to order a large retro 1970s shade for our very large German lamp they rewired last year. I’ve been looking for an email address to send pictures of what I’m looking for but with no luck.

Not only did they fix my lamp, they were so kind and pleasant. I recommend Alcon, and may go back just to talk Maura since she's just so easy to talk to :-).

I had a light that I broke and they fixed it really well! Shattered plastic and broken bulb. Honest and affordable work! It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say they probably saved my marriage
