I never write any reviews of places I visit but I feel extremely compelled to write one for the young man that helped with my project. His name is JR and he was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable about his products. This particular day there was a pretty long line in the store and he was working alone yet he was getting contractors in and out within 10 minutes or less all by himself! I was surprised at the patience he had with all the questions I had for him even when there was a line of people behind me. I would recommend this sherwin-williams store and specifically recommend you speak with JR. 5 stars!
Wow, I've never been to a Sherwin Williams where the employee was so put out to help me.nI had to go there from another location because they had the product I wanted in quart sizes.nWhat a stark contrast to the Ella store!nI had been given a print out of the product I wanted and was greeted with a big sigh when I handed it to the employee. Then when I said I needed a custom match it was apparently just so much effort that I got another sigh and a pouty face. I couldn't wait to wrap up and won't return. I almost just bought the paint and was going to take it back to the Ella store for the match....
Very very long line this morning. Waited an hour to be able to order paint. Only one guy working. He was extremely helpful and carried the paint out to my car
I showed up tonight about 8 minutes before closing and they were able to mix a gallon, a sample, answer all my questions, and get me out the door in about five minutes. With a ton more professionalism than I would’ve shown if somebody walked into my store at closing time.nnThese people are saints who will get you paints
Went to sherwin williams on est bellfort and wait about 20 5 people in front of me and only one guy helping and this is not the first time it happens Regis needs help every morning he's there alone trying to help
