Over- sold! I went in and asked for 2- 250 watt heat lamps. I was sold 2 lamps for $20 each only to find out later that they have them for $7.nnApparently I was sold the ones designed for food safety purposes. The gentleman behind the counter was more than aware of this and never informed me of the cheaper option. I assume they get commission.nnI called and spoke to a manager who did offer to refund and sell me the cheaper ones. The problem is, he did not appear to be upset at all that one of his employees took advantage of one of his customers.nnI did not go back and trade the lamps in. That wasn't the point. Even had I traded them in, it would not change the fact that I had been screwed over in the first place.nnI will never shop there again.

The people here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't remember ever going here and either not leaving with what I needed or armed with better information than when I arrived.
