On 04/17/2018, I was seen by Dr. Timothy Nguyen at Cosmo Dentistry in Houston. He extracted 2 wisdom teeth on my right side ( upper and lower ) .nDuring the first extraction attempt, Dr Nguyen broke my jaw bone on the upper right side and within 15 minutes of leaving his office I experienced massive bleeding .nMy family member drove me back to his office and he tired to stop the bleeding but wasn't able to do so. Dr. Nguyen informed me that he himself had to rush me to the ER and ask them to treat me. I endured permanent injuries and several month of pain and suffering. During this whole ordeal, my so called dentist did neither offer to pay fornany bills that I had paid out of pocket , nor he was worried about my pain and suffering. I hired an attorney (Shane Kadlec ) to file a dental malpractice lawsuit but after a few month Dr. Nguyen paid a visit to my attorney in his office and convinced him to drop my case . I wasn't in the room when the meeting took place between my attorney and the dentist but it's obvious that this dentist was very clever in offering a deal to my attorney to look the other way and drop my case. Dr. Timothy Nguyen is a disgrace to medical profession and in my opinion his medical license should be revoked and and my former attorney should be disbarred for his action. A formal complaint has been filed with the State Board of Dental Examiners.
