The service was great and the staff was so polite and nice. They make you feel so comfortable. I was so scare to go to the dentist but once I was there, their care made me feel safe. Thank you so much for such a great service! I’m truly grateful!

My experience at BLVD Surgery was absolutely amazing. My doctor had the best bedside manner and explained everything she was doing as she progressed through the procedure. I knew having a root canal want going to be easy but they made about as seamless as possible. I was thoroughly impressed.

I noticed a small chip had formed in one of my sealants. I scheduled an appointment to confirm the issue and determine a fix with the dentist. She identified the chip as a very small pinhole-type crack in the sealant and recommended filling the hole to avoid further damage to the tooth. I schedule another appointment to resolve the issue. Of course during the appointment, my mouth was quite numb, and I was unable to confirm whether the filling had been completed appropriately. Later that day once the numbing agent had worn off, I realized that the very small pinhole I identified in the first place was still there. I scheduled yet another appointment to return and fix the remaining issue. The previous dentist had left on maternity leave, so I was assigned to her backfill. He informed me that the previous dentist had not filled the pinhole but rather touched up another filling in the same tooth and filled a second molar. Why the second molar was even touched is absolutely beyond me as we DID NOT discuss this procedure. He struggled to identify the pinhole. Once finally identified, he did a poor job actually filling the hole and seemed to smear a fair bit of the composite on the side of my tooth where it did not belong. While the filling is now complete, I'm left with a fairly rough feeling around the edge of my molar, no doubt where he had sloppily applied the composite. Rather than have him continue to work to refine, I pulled the plug for fear of making the situation with my tooth any worse. This practice has done a fine job cleaning my teeth over the last few years, but it's clear anything beyond a routine cleaning is outside of their competency. I'll be taking my business to another practice.nn*Updated. Since leaving this post, the office manager, Andrea, and owner, Dr Ramsey, had me in for another visit. I was impressed with their care and attention. Dr Ramsey was very thorough in his exam and took care to answer my questions. He helped me to understand rather than deflecting my concerns. While I’m still unsettled by my initial experiences with their staff, I do appreciate the recourse from the manager and owner.

Today was my first time visiting BLVD and I really enjoyed it. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The dentist, oral surgeon, and hygienist were very honest and accommodating throughout my entire appointment!

Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. They were able to walk me through what I needed to make sure I didn't have to pay too much for my dental work.
