So impressed with my experience at Icing in the University Mall. I spoke with Mili- who was incredibly helpful. I went in not knowing if I wanted to get my cartilage pierced, but she helped me to feel so at ease, and answered all of my questions. Seriously, she made the experience so enjoyable! There was also another guest in the store who had a million questions, and I was impressed at Mili's patience. Would definitely recommend piercings done by Mili at Icing!

I went in to have a second cartilage piercing done and I totally regret it. The piercer was unprofessional, didn't know how to answer any basic questions about piercing and after-care, she put the piercing in the completely wrong place, and she pierced it so fast, when she went to remove the gun, it pulled on the piercing. I told her that it hurt and I didn't like the placement. She said to wait a few days to see if I end up liking it, and if I don't, to take it out and come back for a new one... at full price. I felt rushed, un-helped, and ripped off.

Joy pierced my ears, two lobe and one cartilage and she did a fantastic job! She was very sweet and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely helped the experience to be less scary! If you go for a piercing ask for Joy

First didnt even welcome us into the store. Second completely ignored us until she because suspicious of us trying on rings to find right ring size. Then proceeded to ask "What are you doing?" In an accusatory tone. Then not even seeing if she could help us. Then continued to ignore us (whole helping other group of girls a d talking loudly with then). We went to other side of the store to look at the clearance. And heard her talk to the other customers about how she though we were trying to steal something. (Which we most definitely were not.) Then proceeded to ignore us until we went up to her and asked if we could make our purchase. Then asked us to wait so she could finish with a piercing which she had been working on and talking to these girls the whole time. Eventually came over and rung us up. Then didnt even ask if we wanted a bag. And went back to the other customers. Honestly wont go back here again.

JERICA WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She told us that she is the manager there and we could not be happier with the interaction and experience we had with her. 10/10 stars customer service. Great 3 for 3 sale. Great atmosphere. Great jerica deserves her manager role. Lol
