The teller that helped me the other day, Nancy, was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was patient with me while I got all of my paperwork together.
I opened a checking and savings account at this branch office recently. I was pleased with the service.nnI see several negative reviews. You have to understand that this is a small branch bank and plan accordingly. Lines are going to be long around the first of the month and on Fridays.nnI like the fact that the bank sends you an email everyday telling you your balance and the daily account activity.nnYulisa assisted me when I opened my savings account. She was very friendly and professional.
It's embarrassing how they treat you when simply making a straight deposit when there's a money order involved.nThe teller visually combed over the money order as if she were a counterfeit expert then got on the phone for almost 10 minutes to verify.nI don't understand the issue. ud83dude20
They just stared at me not wanting to help. They carried on doing their own personal stuff. All just lazy.
