Thank you, Chico's! I ventured in recently to this store for the first time. My first impression was the store was organized and well-stocked. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist me with my shopping experience. They truly know their products and offered some great suggestions such as go-togethers and other wardrobe building suggestions. Your level of fun, engaging conversation, and attention to all the little details (even offering my husband bottled water) made for a great time. Customer service at its BEST!

I felt so uncomfortable in this store. The staff followed me around and made me feel like I was being profiled. One of the employees was constantly checking on me and asking if I needed anything. I kept telling her that I would let her know if I did. I just wanted to be left alone so that I could shop in peace, but I was being watched and scrutinized because I didn’t fit the profile of their everyday customer. I love Chico’s, and I went into the store expecting to find something I loved. But the judgement I felt was so unnecessary. I decided to leave shortly after another female customer told me that I should shop for more flattering colors and that I should buy a size up. Really? I would never treat another person like that. We’re strangers. Why do people think that it’s okay to make comments on other people’s bodies? ...This was so unfortunate. I couldn’t relax and just enjoy my experience in the store because the employees and the customers were so judgmental and snobby.

I have shopped at Chicos in Orem for the past couple of years and have been very impressed with the personal attention I received from the store's employees and management. They are very friendly and continued to help me even when I got home and changed my mind. I had a special event and they were very patient with me and helped me find the perfect style for my event. Thank you very much!!

I have purchased a few pairs of pants at Chico's for my wife in the past. However, I was very disappointed two days ago when I tried to return for store credit a necklace my wife had received in a community gift exchange. The item was brand new with Chico's tags, YET they would not allow me to make the return for her because she was not a "passport" member. This is supposed to be a high end store. Even Walmart allows a return without receipt. I am very disappointed in the management of Chico's located in Orem, Utah.
