Extremely busy place. It takes forever to get rung up for anyone in line. I stood holding my 3 year old in line for over an hour just to get her ears pierced after coming back 45 minutes later for our appointment. The staff member who pierced her ears was fast and fantastic. But the women before her took for ever and stood around talking more than helping people get in and out of the store. Then she left on a break with her store packed full of people with lines waiting to pay that reached out the door. It took her 45 minute to peirce 2 young girls ears when the girl after her had done 4 people in like 10 minute. If a manager was there they should never allow this to happen in their store.

Went in today and the girl would not open up the case for us to get piercings. She wouldn’t even step away from the register to help people horrible horrible customer service

My daughter just got her ears pierced today by the most professional and friendly employee named EMILY! She did an incredible job, paying close attention to making sure they were perfectly aligned, that everything was sterile, and she made my daughter feel at ease! We highly recommend this particular Claire’s and getting your ears pierced by Emily. ❤️

I got my earlobes pierced by Emily, and she did an amazing job! She has a great personality, and made the earrings perfectly even. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this location if you want to pierce your ears.
