Rat droppings in my unit. They're online payment processing is horrible. It takes so many attempts to finalize payments because I keep getting kicked out the payment page and have to re login and start all over. This goes on for about 30-40 mins before it finally goes through. Every time
I came last Monday of August asking for a small unit. The processing was easy. The lady who helped me, (who I forgot to ask her name) was so friendly and very helpful. The price was fairly affordable, and they provide locks if you need one At a fair price. They have a lot of accessories on hand. I highly recommend this place.
Janet was incredibly helpful in helping us choose the right storage unit. She clearly explained everything and got us ready in a very short time! I would highly recommend this storage place to anyone!
I've had my storage unit for a year and a half. When I first got my storage room the rent was under $100 for my 10 by 10. Since then it has gone up a few times. I found out this last one right after Harvey hit. The first one was to $103 and that includes the insurance that they make you get. Now it's $116 including insurance. But the letter said $106. Also I found out after my unit got flooded that the insurance they make you get DOES NOT COVER FLOOD DAMAGE! So all my stuff got ruined. And they didn't work with me on the rent. The most I was able to get was the late fee taken off. Btw that has gone up to from $10 to 20%. Was fine before Harvey and after the first rise in rent.
Janet is really nice and customer friendly. Property is clean as is the unit. Good price.
