Staff is unfriendly I can go as far as to say rude! I arrived to drop off a load early in the morning and the gentlemen was beyond upset for no specific reason. I asked if I could be unloaded and with a rude negative gesture was told no. That being said I’ve since then been waiting for 3+ hours. I don’t mind the wait, but there is absolutely no one else unloading. I could’ve also done without the rudeness.
This is my first time delivering here, the staff has wasted my time and the customer service is beyond poor. They are unwilling to help and have the worst attitude ever. This is in the Pasadena, Houston location. I’ve been waiting over 4 hours to be unloaded and I must mention there is no one else dropping off.

Mary was great! I was there to pick up an order for a friend who has taken so long to pick it up that it turned out her order was cancelled by the seller. After my friend immediately called the seller & re-ordered, Mary got the item out to me as soon as the purchase came through. Couldn't ask for better service!
Veryyyyy bad service. I tried to confirm delivery appointment time with Karen and she was so mean. She refused to answer my question and she just kept saying hu-hu
