Nice facility clean and welcoming. Staffed with ethically diverse female employees. Seam well put together and experienced even with a small staff expect a thorough timely visit.

I called 3 hrs before closing time to make sure I could get a physical for a new job. I arrived at the Deer Park Concentra Care at 2:45 pm. I sat in the waiting room until 4:40pm. The staff member doing the physical assessment of me rushed me through the physical. He failed me because he said I wasn't staying in rhythm with a machine making a clicking sound for 3 minutes. I passed everything but that and as a result I didn't get the job I needed badly.

Everything was fine until I had to get a lead blood draw, the lady who drew my blood didn’t have a damn clue and shanked my vein. She’s an older lady but she does not need to be drawing blood nomore please. Never had a experience with any blood work until this facility did it. Beware of the older lady please!!!
