What sweet people! The kind owner managed to remove my engagement ring and wedding band which had become too tight due to pregnancy. I had tried many things at home (ice bath, vaseline, floss...) to no avail for weeks. This gentleman had them off in less than 2min and it wasn't even painful (it was barely uncomfortable). He knew what he was doing. And he did it graciously and out of the kindness of his heart, at no charge. This is the kind of service you get from a family-owned store as opposed to a big chain. I really recommend Hurt jewelers for great customer service!

I searched all over for an open Jeweler to repair a broken prong. I stumbled upon Hur and unfortunately was locked. A sweet lady cane to quickly unlock the doors welcoming me and my 2 boys. As I waited for my repair the sweet lady continued to entertain my boys as they were best friends. Showing off her fake jewels. I will forever be a customer for the quick and welcoming service. The small town, Ma and Pa place you can relay on.

One of the few places that clearly are people first sale later. I went in for something small/minor, but a complete 180 from the usual "big box" type treatment that is prevailent in business, their jeweler business aside. In terms of a jeweler, I dont know much about but from the way I was treated from the moment I walked in, your already treated like their neighbor, not a bag of money. Which what I do know, having the unfortunate experience of already interacting with a few jewelers in something that didnt work out, its a noticable difference even from them. Thanks guys! When the next one finally catches my attention ill be letting you know, many of the others werent necessarily bad, but youre already a cut above the rest.

This was my first time buying Jewelry (I was buying an engagement ring and wedding band) and Dave was so great to help me find the style that my future fiancé likes, and helping me get it into my price range. Great guy, great staff, and great business.

All I can say is WOW!! Great customer service!! I will never go anywhere else but HUR. Dave went above and beyond my wildest dreams haha. I had this vision of what I wanted the ring to look like and Dave blew that out of the water. He customized it beyond our expectations. He understood what we wanted and did exactly that and more. I wanted to give him and hug and not ever leave lol. Like I’m still in shock of how perfect this ring turned out of what we would’ve ever dreamed of!! Thanks again Dave!! We are very happy!! Your the man! We will for sure be coming back!!
