Everything and everybody we're very professional
Dropped my tarps off for a repair estimate. I was told they would give me an estimate for repairs with in a couple days. I had to call them a week later and ask what was the repairs going to cost; I needed them because I was leaving out again the next day and would not be back for three weeks. I was told that they were already repaired and the balance was almost $300. Upon arriving to pick them up I paid for the repairs (that were never authorized) only to find out that they had never been repaired at all. I then had to go back in the office and get my card refunded then call MARCOS TARPS and ask if they could perform an emergency repair on short notice. Marcos stayed late and made the repairs so that I wouldn't lose the $2,500 load I had booked for the following morning. RUN!! FROM THIS PLACE!! unless you hate your time and your money.nnP.S. I didn't even get any sort of apology about the whole situation.
