Typically we have a great experience. We have ordered plenty of times and our food is always perfect.nToday 3/1/21 they gave us an old pepperoni thin pizza. Unfortunately we didn’t see it until we decided to grab a slice, by this time the kids had already ate about 1/2 the pizza maybe less.nI called about 3 times and the store never answered the first time it kept me on hold for 15min.nI finally decided to drive to the store when I arrived I showed them the pizza and explained the situation as politely as possible. The first thing the girl said was, well it’s half eaten.nShe was a bit rude despite the pizza being old and extremely thin, thin to the point we couldn’t grab it off the box, we had ordered hand tossed.nnThankfully they decided to make us a new one.nOur pizza was ordered at 7:37pm it is now 8:56pm we are outside the store waiting for the new pizza.nnSo overall quality of food is great. Delivery guys are nice and respectful. Customer service, phone and in store definitely do not recommend.nnWhen we finally received the new pizza it was better but this time almost no cheese and sauce.

We always order from this location and with the exception of one driver, we always have a good experience. However, today we ordered and got the same driver, Jose, who never wears a mask and always wants to hand us our food regardless of us putting special instructions for no contact delivery. Tonight we ordered and when he delivered it, with no mask, we opened the boxes and found that our veggie pizza looked as though he dropped the box and just picked it up and delivered it anyway. We were extremely disappointed and called the location right away. The only plus of this experience was the wonderful customer service and willingness to fix the situation to make sure we got our pizza fixed and delivered with a mask and no contact.

The manager was rude and called me a lie when I said the thin crust was burned and the BBQ pizza had no sauce and the pizza brownie cookie one was raw all threw it and refused to send someone back out when I got delivery because I have no car said I have to go up there ...nI still have pics .... and she said because I was the first to call and complain today that there was nothing wrong with my order and steady told me that..... she was the most unprofessional person I think iv ever delt with especially for her being a manager of such a good pizza place she is not made for that jobnnI will be posting in Pasadena website and all around

The store is a joke. The tracker said my food was delivered and nothing was here. I called the store they had me on hold then they pick up the phone and told me Domino’s pizza how can I help you. I told them I was on hold waiting for some one to tell me where my pizza was it has been a whole hour and my pizza has not yet arrived. This place is getting worse and worse. Management is horrible.

The service is always bad at this location the food isn't bad and the wait isn't bad but they're card reader never works the manager is frustrating to talk to , to say the least . The workers and manager always have attitude over something. This location is the reason I dont get dominos anymore. There is a poppa jhons across the street I highly recommend it much better service
