Employees are helpful and nice with fast service. The store is always clean as well. Need help deciding on what to get? Someone there will be more than happy to help you find the right smoothie for your day. Love this location

This would have perfect score, but the actual location it's in is terrible. You might be able to get in or you might not get out. If this location has any kind of lunch rush you're screwed on trying to get in or out the parking lot. It's located in the Kroger's strip center off Spencer Hwy if you are heading towards the Sam Hou. Toll Rd on Spencer it's on the right soon as you pass Popeye's the next entrance, be careful you will pass it, if so go to the light (Blueberry)and turn right into Kroger's entrance. If you're coming from opposite direction catch the light at the Kroger's entrance which is Blueberry St. take a left and then a immediate right in front of gas station all the way down till strip ends Smoothie King on the left. Be careful cars are flying thru the parking lot and coming in that entrance off Spencer Hwy, you'll see what I'm saying about location of this place. Oh! don't let it be $5 Friday special you might not get in. It's just one big cluster on Fridays. I have seen fender benders in this parking lot many times at this Entrance/Exit location.

I been coming here for a good awhile and been a regular costumer . I had a horrible experience with a employee. She didn’t want to take my order, just telling the other employee stuff from the head set . Had me waiting .I Ask for refund because it was already too much and she still ignore me . But she sure aggravated me . I don’t know how that person is still working there with that ugly attitude . So disappointed

Just waited 15 minutes in line. I had just gotten out of work from the hospital working a busy 14 hour shift as a nurse. By the time it was my turn to order it was 8:49pm. Before I could say anything someone tells me they are closed. The whole time their bright open sign was on. I asked what time do you guys close? Today we close at 8:50pm the guy replied. I looked at the time and told him it was 8:49pm and I have been waiting for 15 minutes. The guy replied sorry but everything is put up. This incident happened 9/4/2020. I will never go to this place again.
