They don't even try to see what it is you need before they hang up on you been calling since Thursday and leaving messages they say they will call you back but never do so now my friend can get housing because they never answered to answer her questions they need a better system this is bs

It is a great program for those in need of temporary assistance (which is what the program is designed for...to help people get on their feet). Office staff is very friendly and helpful.nHowever, once on the program it is hard to actually get ahead and become self sufficient. Most state assistance programs say they want you to become self sufficient but they are designed (rules and protocol) to keep you in the system.
